When you were at school you might have known a type of person commonly called a ‘Geek’. These kids usually either kept to themselves or ran in packs with other geeks. Do not mistake them for nerds. Geeks could be seen supporting pocket protectors and the latest Sudoku digest. They would stay after school to reformat the schools computers because … well … they knew how. Very rarely did they ever mingle with anyone else at school. Definitely not the jocks.
When these geeks grow up they usually become very successful by inventing something practical and making shed loads of money. For example look at Facebook creator Mark Zukerberg or Apples’ Steve Jobs. At school they were social outcasts. A few years later in life and they run the world.
So geeks are healthy to the economy. Especially these geeks from ThinkGeek. The world can rest easily now knowing that these guys have invented the ‘Robot Shirt with a built in bottle opener’ or ‘Beerbot’ for short.
Its not the iPhone, but I do believe it will revolutionise the way we open bottles from now on. Check out their promotional video. Pretty damn cool. Definitely a seller.
